Anyone who's seen our website or social media accounts have probably seen our phrase "Never Ordinary", but what does it mean? To many people, it means just that... never ordinary.
To us, it means much more. Every day you wake up, put on some clothes, and carry out your day. At the end of the day, have you ever thought to yourself "what have I done with my life?", and contemplated how you can feel less empty?
At Victor Alpha, we've noticed this in our own lives, and the lives of our friends and family. Being just ordinary has become an every day normal for everyone in society lately. Wake up, eat breakfast, drink coffee, go to work, check Facebook/Instagram, eat lunch, etc. When is enough, enough?
Instead of conforming to every day societal standards and conforming to what everyone expects of you, you should be looking to legitimately improve you and your family's lives each and every minute of every hour of every day. That may seem like a lot to take in, but when you break it down, it's actually pretty simple.
Before we really get into the deep stuff, let's talk about backgrounds. Some of you reading this may have had harder lives than others, so you may be more equipped with the mentality for change. Regardless of your background, however, everyone could still use a little change in their lives.
Chances are... if you're still reading this, you might have some aspects of your life that you want to change. Don't worry, we're never going to sell advice to you, nor judge you. If you truly want to live the "Never Ordinary" life, however, you need to take a step outside of your comfort zone.
When it comes to comfort zones, people tend to hide in them like a safe space of sorts (because they're easy). Break that cycle, destroy that mentality. You need to wake up every morning and set a specific goal that needs to be met by the end of the day! By doing this, you've already accomplished more in the first hour of your day than you've accomplished most days of your life.
By setting a goal in the beginning of the day, you're setting the standard for yourself. Ordinary is a terrible word, never settle for it. No part of you should ever be satisfied with where you're at in life, no matter how successful you think you are. Being "Never Ordinary" isn't just some slogan. This mentality is a conscious decision, a purpose, a lifestyle.
